Tema modern dengan nuansa hitam putih dipilih untuk interior living room apartemen ini. Konsepnya adalah ingin membuat interior yang tidak terlalu "centil" tetapi masih terlihat "cantik", sehingga bisa dinikmati oleh costumer pria dan wanita. Penggunaan warna-warna monochrome dengan penggunaan material stainless dan finishing duco glossy pada furniture-nya memberikan kesan sedikit "maskulin" pada interior apartemen ini. Tetapi untuk memperlembut ruangan, motif seperti bunga dan daun diaplikasikan pada fabrics dan accecories interior.

Foyer apartemen 3 kamar ini terhubung langsung dengan private lift, jadi saya mencoba mendesain foyer yang mana ketika pintu lift terbuka, kita akan langsung mendapatkan suasana interior yang menarik sekaligus berkesan terang.
Saya sengaja tidak meletakkan tempat duduk pada foyer ini, karena areanya yang sempit dan bukaan pintu masuk yang besar, sehingga bila ada tempat duduk maka akan mengurangi jalur sirkulasi.
Sebagai gantinya saya membuat wall panel pada dinding di depan pintu lift, dengan accent sticker sandblast bermotif dan diberi tambahan ambalan sebagai tempat meletakkan aksesoris. Motif pada sticker sandblastpun  saya ulang kepada art work pada dinding.
Yang saya suka adalah efek sorotan lampu halogen pada sticker sandblast di wall mirror membuat sticker 2 dimensi itu terlihat lebih hidup, jadi setiap kita melihat pintu lift terbuka, mata kita akan langsung tertarik pada sticker sandblast tersebut.

Interior kamar ini sungguh di luar harapan saya, waktu kamar in masih kosong, terasaaaa bgt kalo ruangan berukuran 3x3m ini sangat sempit dan kecil. Tadinya sempet mikir, ruangan masih kosong aja berasa sempit, gimana nanti kalo udah keisi ama furniture yah? Akhirnya muter otak, dan mulai membuat desain ruangan mungil ini.
